Wine Glass, Bronze

I am excited to share with you this cup that I created. I began learning to work in glass through the repetitive making of simple drinking vessels, tumblers, and cups. The process of forming thin-walled blown vessels that function well and fit comfortably in the hand first excited me in glass and continues to hold my attention. Perhaps my favorite detail is the ring-like pattern that light creates as it passes through the handmade vessel opening.
